The Silverdale is ideal for those who enjoy open-plan living and natural light. The front patio doors provide plenty of sunshine and light. The living room boasts two deep, comfortable, fabric sofas set around a TV stand and a traditional mantelpiece above an electric fire. Kitchen has L-shaped light grey worktops, an integrated fridge-freezer, a gas hob, oven and grill with glass splashback and over-head extractor. In the middle of the room is a dining table with 4 high-backed chairs – perfect for entertaining guests or sitting together to eat.
